What’s Up This Week
WE’RE BAAACCKKK.
THE VIEW FROM OVER HERE, in addition to doing its weekly articles, is back to doing broadcasts or podcasts, actually. We have given it much thought and came to the conclusion that podcasts are better than broadcasts. Why? Because if you missed a broadcast you can easily tune in to a podcast, anywhere and at any time and what’s more, the procedure is user friendly. All you have to do is to log on to Malcolm Digital Radio.com from wherever you are at any time of the day or night, where you can get our podcasts On Demand.
If you would like to be interviewed on THE VIEW FROM OVER HERE, drop a line to our producer, Malcolm Burman, at [email protected] and tell him about yourself.
TRUMP IS BACK IN THE NEWS – OR MAYBE HE NEVER LEFT.
There is a lot of hullabaloo out there in TV land as to whether or not Trump will participate in the Iowa Debates. With the present lead that he now has over his nearest rivals, he does not need to take on the additional risk of entering into a debate at this time, which can only serve to improve the position of his competitors. In my opinion it is a smart move, comparable to that of a sports team holding on to the ball while the final seconds tick away. The time that he will be devoting to the veterans will, in my estimation, be more useful and satisfying than pandering to the media and helping his adversaries get the attention they so badly need.
SOME THOUGHTS ABOUT WHERE WE ARE TODAY.
We’ve come a long way, especially in the last five hundred years, so much so that if the average moronic, stupid, idiotic high school dropout of today were alive five hundred years ago, then he or she, based on what little they know or should know, would most surely have been burnt at the stake, alive. So, if we deal only with the last one hundred years, how have we changed? Or have we changed? Let us count the ways and you decide:
Artists – Homeless.
Attitudes – Careless.
Babies – Fatherless.
Cars – Keyless.
Children – Mannerless.
Clergy – Clothless.
Conclusions – Meaningless.
Cooking – Fireless.
Driving – Mindless.
Feelings – Heartless.
Food – Fatless and Tasteless.
Hillary – Truthless.
Leaders – Shameless.
Love – Loveless.
Obama – Fill in Your Own Word.
Police – Helpless.
Relationships – Doubtless.
Telephones – Wireless.
Tires – Tubeless.
Youth – Jobless.
AND BECAUSE OF THIS, OUR
Average Citizen is Out to Lunch and Useless and our Government is Clueless and our Politicians are Worthless and our Teachers are Speechless.
And it is no wonder that some of us are Scared Shitless.
